2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the service, we may collect account details such as name, email and phone; company details such as business name, address and GSTIN; customer and product details you enter; quotations, invoices, bills and payment-status records; subscription and transaction references; support communications; and technical information such as browser, IP address, security logs and usage events.
3. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide billing features, store company records, enforce plan limits, process subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, maintain the service, comply with legal obligations and communicate important service notices. Marketing messages, where used, should follow applicable consent and opt-out requirements.
4. Customer and business data
You are responsible for having a lawful basis to enter and manage your customers' personal or business information in MyGSTBill and for providing any notices or obtaining consents required by law. Do not upload information you are not authorised to share.
5. Payments
If online payments are enabled, payment details are handled by the selected payment gateway under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, plan and limited payer information needed to reconcile your subscription. We do not intend to store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs on our servers.
6. Sharing with service providers
We may share necessary information with hosting, database, email, customer-support, security and payment providers who help us operate the service, or when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a lawful business reorganisation. We do not sell personal information as a standalone product.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, contact support@mygstbill.online. Some records may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention or accounting reasons.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure. You should use strong passwords, limit team access and notify us promptly of suspected account compromise.
9. Cookies and technical data
The service may use essential session cookies to keep you signed in and protect forms. If analytics, advertising or non-essential cookies are added, this policy and any consent controls should be updated accordingly.
10. Your choices and rights
